Recruiting Manager Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of professional recruiting experience in a service industry, with at least two years in a supervisory role
  • Familiarity with HR practices
  • Understanding of fair employment practices
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel
  • Candidate must be vaccinated

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes
  • Implement strategic hiring procedures and improve upon recruitment measures
  • Work with the scheduling manager to confirm hiring needs and requirements
  • Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques
  • Process and track applicant job submissions
  • Manage recruitment databases and advertising budgets
  • Set clear goals and benchmarks for the recruiting
  • Organizing team roles and evaluating employee performance
  • Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management
  • Performing employee reviews and assessments
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and training program
